FEST3D can be used to compute the electromagnetic fields inside components.
Up to now, FEST3D is able to compute the EM fields in rectangular, circular and arbitrary-shaped waveguides. This represents many of the most common elements which can be critical with respect to high power applications such as waffle-iron and coaxial filters. FEST3D development team is working for extending the EM field computation to other elements.
