DATA PROTECTION

1. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, the customer/holder is informed and authorises the "recording and treatment of their personal data" on computer files for which Aurorasat S.L. is responsible.
   These data may be used for any activity related to the aims of the Programme and the contractual relationship that it has with the holders, including the analysis and formation of profiles and, generally, the undertaking of promotional, marketing and analysis actions by Aurorasat.
2. Aurorasat will not transfer any data to a third party.
   
3. The holder expressly authorises Aurorasat, using any support valid to record in their entirety the communications and telematic information interchange. Aurorasat undertakes to guarantee the complete integrity of these recordings and retain them for the legally established time.
4. The holder may exercise free of charge, the rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation of their data and the revocation of their authorisation without retroactive effects under the terms specified in the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, in accordance with the legally established procedure.
